What is this year's theme?: Polo will take an exciting twist this year with the theme "A Night On The Red Carpet."
Where is Polo in the Ozarks?: Polo is generously hosted by Dr. Brian and Mrs.Donna Buell, at their farm on Hwy 45 East, near Goshen, AR. The Polo grounds are approximately 5 miles from the intersection of Highways 45 and 265, in the Polo Country Estates. Look for banners along the fence row. If you reach Goshen, you've gone too far.
What time does the event begin?: Tailgate parties and pre-match entertainment begin around 4:30pm. The match begins at 5:00pm.
How do I buy tickets?: Checks can be mailed to us at the address found here. To purchase tickets using your Visa or Mastercard, please call (479)521-3581 or email Susan Foley. Tickets will be held at the gate, where they are also available for purchase.
How much do tickets cost?: The cost for the match is only $15 for adults, $10 for children 6-12 and free for kids under 6. A match ticket includes children's activities, the silent auction and food and drinks from the tailgate parties. Tickets for the match, dinner and dance are $75 for adults and $25 for children. In addition to the match ticket features, a full dinner from the Spring Street Grill, beer, wine, water and tea, and live musical entertainment are included.
Can tables be reserved?: Tables for 8 can be reserved for $550, and tables for 10 for $700.
Who is this year's band?: This year's band will be Molten Lava.
How can I host a Tailgate Party or donate items for the Silent Auction?: Susan Foley will be happy to answer your questions. All contributions are tax deductible.
What should I wear?: Polo is a casual event. Sturdy shoes are recommended. Be sure to dress with the weather in mind.
What should I bring with me?: Although some seating is available, you may prefer to bring lawn chairs. Please keep in mind that seating is not shaded.
