Services:
Fayetteville Shredding Co. can provide your company with a letter of agreement that defines our service as compliant with HIPAA regulations and the disposal of Protected Health Information.
Customers may choose from a variety of sizes, locking or non-locking containers to be kept at your business or office. You may request that container keys be kept only at your worksite, and designate which of your employees will unlock the container for our security officer. There is no need for your employees to sort papers, folders, binders or remove staples and paper clips; our employees will do this, when necessary. We request that you do sort any CD's, floppy's, etc.
Our location at the old Washington Regional Medical Center building on North Street is a secure space with controlled access and no "through traffic." Interior and exterior access is locked when FSC staff are not present.
We can arrange a regularly
scheduled pick-up time, or one-time purges. Our security officer/staff manager
and support staff will pick up your paper and transport it in a van that will be
locked and attended at all times until it reaches our work location.
Your documents and paper are then unloaded, weighed, recorded and immediately placed in a locked storage bin until shredded. Our security officer keeps the on-site keys to the storage bins. A recycling company then removes shredded paper from the site.
Your business will receive a monthly invoice for service, which will include an accounting of dates, and weights of the paper picked up, shredded and if requested, a document of destruction for your records. We welcome any suggestions or requests you may have that will improve the security of your disposed documents.

Large (holds 250 lbs) $5.00/mo.
Containers can be customized to meet the specific needs of your business. You may also request that the keys be kept at your workplace.

250+ lbs $30.00 + .12 cents per lb over 250
.25 cents per mile outside Fayetteville city limits
Documents are weighed on an industry regulated scale that is accurate to 1 ounce for every 50 lbs.
