A major key to the program’s success is our commitment to the individuals we serve. We commit ourselves not only to the employee we are providing service to, but to the employer as well. Job coaches are available to provide specific training, positive reinforcement, assistance with following instructions and responding appropriately to a supervisor’s requests. The Job Coach slowly fades out as the employee gains the skills and confidence needed to maintain the job. We are available to return to the job site if additional training or support is needed.
