SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

An intensive program of vocational assessments, job development, on-the-job training, and follow-along support build mutually beneficial partnerships between our clients and local businesses.

These partnerships are so central to our vision of integrated community life for our clients and neighbors that we set aside time to honor them at our annual Celebration Luncheon, to which all members of the wider community are invited to celebrate alongside us.

High School Transition

This partnership with area schools and businesses delivers paid job training and teaches employability skills to high school students.
